LOCAL REFERENCE

Utilities are parcel-specific.

Greater Cincinnati crosses cities, townships, counties, and utility systems. The correct provider can change over a short distance, so verify the address rather than assuming one regional answer.

Water

Greater Cincinnati Water Works serves the City of Cincinnati, most of Hamilton County, and parts of Butler and Warren Counties, plus some Northern Kentucky service. GCWW also publishes an outside-service-area directory for communities using other providers.

Mason example

The City of Mason says GCWW supplies water while Mason operates wastewater service and uses a consolidated utility bill for several city charges.

West Chester example

West Chester service responsibility can depend on parcel and provider. Check the exact address with the Township and Butler County systems instead of relying on a generic ZIP-code answer.

West Chester Township

Electric / gas

Duke Energy serves large portions of Southwest Ohio, but availability and aggregation programs can vary by jurisdiction. Confirm the property address and any local aggregation rules.
