These terms apply to use of GoBrianMason, a Cincinnati-focused local discovery and real-estate website operated by Brian Mason.
Informational use
Local events, restaurants, activities, neighborhood information, and other discovery content are provided for general informational purposes. Event details, availability, prices, schedules, and third-party information can change; confirm material details with the original provider before relying on them.
GoBrianMason accounts and profiles
You do not need a GoBrianMason account simply to browse. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate account information, safeguarding your sign-in credentials, and using the account lawfully. You may save a profile across devices, restore it to a device, manage available permissions, export available account data, and delete the account through the account controls.
A GoBrianMason account is a first-party profile and relationship feature. It is not a Comey & Shepherd/BoldTrail account and does not by itself create saved MLS alerts, an IDX login, an automated marketing campaign, an agency relationship, or a real-estate representation agreement.
Profile sharing and communications
You control whether a stored GoBrianMason profile is shared with Brian for personalized assistance and whether you grant optional permission for Brian to personally contact you about your real-estate interests. Creating an account does not itself grant that optional communication permission. If you provide a phone number and grant permission, Brian may occasionally call or text you directly; you can ask him at any time to stop or change the contact method. GoBrianMason does not operate an automated SMS campaign system. Ongoing saved-search alerts, automated property updates, and brokerage campaign follow-up are part of the separate Comey & Shepherd/BoldTrail provider experience and are subject to that provider's registration and permissions.
Real-estate and provider information
Home-search and real-estate information may be supplied by Comey & Shepherd, BoldTrail, MLS-related systems, public listing services, or other providers. Provider-controlled accounts and services are subject to their own terms, privacy policies, registration disclosures, and technical rules. Website use does not by itself create an agency relationship, representation agreement, offer, contract, or other transaction document.
No professional substitute
Information on the site is not a substitute for legal, tax, lending, inspection, appraisal, title, or other professional advice.
Account security and availability
Do not share another person's credentials, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use it for unlawful activity. GoBrianMason may send operational account-security messages and provide email-verification, password-recovery, and sign-in-email-change tools. Recovery and confirmation links may expire, may be single-use, and may invalidate existing sessions when account credentials change. Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. The site is provided on an as-available basis and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Third-party links and connected services
GoBrianMason may link to third-party websites or services. Using those services is your choice and is governed by the third party's own terms and policies. GoBrianMason is not responsible for changes made by an external provider to its website, account system, listings, availability, or content.
